About The Founder
Amy Ross
Corporate-trained. Soul-led. Strategically unstoppable.
Amy spent two decades leading high-stakes product and program teams across global enterprises. She launched initiatives that moved markets—and led through crisis, change, and complexity. But despite the success, something was missing. So after years of navigating rooms where ambition was celebrated but purpose was optional, Amy walked away. And began to build what she wished existed: a space where women could build businesses with clarity, integrity, and the support they deserve.
She is a Manifesting Generator, an ENFJ, and a 7w8 on the Enneagram. Translation? Amy moves fast, feels deeply, sees the big picture, and brings infectious energy wherever she goes. She’s part strategist, part soul whisperer—an intuitive, fire-starting force who can take a messy idea and turn it into a movement. She’ll talk you into your greatness with a wink and a whiteboard.
Amy is building Wayfindher to be a full-fledged ecosystem—but also a promise: that the future is founder-led, wealth-generating, and unapologetically woman-powered. Her mission is to help women stop playing small, start claiming space, and build the kind of success that feels like theirs. She is the heart in the room and the voice for those without one or are too scared to speak, and the outstretched hand for every woman who’s ever whispered, “I don’t know where to start.”
